| Originally an independent business owner since 1975 in various Companies, Alex Fardoulis founded Action Negotiators (then known as Consolidated Business Brokers) in 1980 after realising that most business brokers didn’t really understand the businesses they were representing. They simply sold on trial and error with hope.
Our mission is to re-dress this imbalance, by representing quality businesses with integrity and a genuine ‘feel’ for a businesses’ worth.
You generally get what you pay for. Action Negotiators believes strongly that a bargain is not what you paid for, rather what you get out of it!
We believe in businesses that can give returns of EBIT $300k to $10 Mil plus. Their value is determined by their respective industry and the market confidence at the time of sale. We are concerned with how well we achieve the results.
The nature of the business is of little concern as the principles used in selling are applicable to all industries and in our 30 plus years we have covered most industries. Our strengths are in Import, Export, Wholesale, Distribution & Retail businesses. |
